Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Denver, CO)

Greenridge Vale Staffing is a Denver staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in timekeeping and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on temp assignments. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
