Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Denver, CO)

Greenridge Nest Staffing Group is a Denver staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Investigate trends in timekeeping and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on retention. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
