Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Denver, CO)

Highbridge Oak Health is a healthcare provider in Denver with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in Denver. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in clinic supplies and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on referrals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
