Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Denver, CO)

Nova Ridge Property Management Group looks after rental homes across the Denver area. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Denver. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in rent collection and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on resident events. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
