Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Denver, CO)

Ironwood Basin Banking Services is a regional lender in Denver with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in account openings and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
