Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Dallas, TX)

Silverline Quill Farms is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for packing house output, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on grower contracts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
