Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Sparrow Foods Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in sanitation schedules and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on allergen controls. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
