Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Columbus, OH)

Bluepeak Ivory Hospitality Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for group events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in group events and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on housekeeping schedules. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
