Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Columbus, OH)

Foxglove Quarry Freight is a Columbus logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. We reward reliability. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in carrier rates and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on dock schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
