Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Columbus, OH)

Highbridge Juniper Energy is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for usage data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 905 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in usage data and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on billing disputes. • Python or R for analysis.
