Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Columbus, OH)

Ironwood Clear Energy Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for service connections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 307 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in service connections and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on meter readings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
