Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Columbus, OH)

Foxglove Pike Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Columbus, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in maintenance stores and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on rent assistance. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
