Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Columbus, OH)

Bright Meridian Health is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for referrals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on patient education. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
