Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Columbus, OH)

Clearpath Stone Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Columbus, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Investigate trends in ridership counts and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on survey data. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
