Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Cobalt Property Management Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in lease renewals and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on vendor invoices. • Python or R for analysis.
