Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Colorado Springs, CO)

Highbridge Kestrel Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Colorado Springs, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in promotions and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
