Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Colorado Springs, CO)

Nova Thistle Learning Group is an education provider in Colorado Springs serving students and families, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in attendance records and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on learning materials. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
