Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Cleveland, OH)

Westbrook Nest Staffing is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 937 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in onboarding and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on client orders. • Python or R for analysis.
