Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Cleveland, OH)

Summit Juniper Foods is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for allergen controls, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in allergen controls and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on customer specifications. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
