Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Cleveland, OH)

Lumen Nest Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Cleveland, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 110 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in lease compliance and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on resident services. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
