Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Cincinnati, OH)

Cedar Iron Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Cincinnati. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on meal programmes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
