Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Cincinnati, OH)

Northwind Union Hospitality is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for reviews and feedback, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 176 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in reviews and feedback and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on food costs. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
