Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Cincinnati, OH)

Stonegate Ridge Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in Cincinnati. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in training materials and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on device records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
