Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Cincinnati, OH)

Fernwood Lakeside Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Cincinnati area. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on supplier orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
