Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Cincinnati, OH)

Harborlight Linden Facilities Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for cleaning schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in cleaning schedules and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on safety inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
