Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Redstone Loom Housing and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in resident services and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on maintenance stores. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
