Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Cincinnati, OH)

Clearpath Bright Housing manages affordable housing communities across Cincinnati. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Investigate trends in rent assistance and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on resident services. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
