Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Cincinnati, OH)

Greenridge Lantern Property Management Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for resident events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in resident events and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on rent collection. • Python or R for analysis.
