Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Keystone Arts Center and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Investigate trends in event logistics and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on exhibitions. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
