Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Quill Civic Services and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of about 910 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in public records and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on procurement. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
