Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Charlotte, NC)

Rivermark North Property Management is a Charlotte property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in unit turnovers and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on lease renewals. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
