Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Charlotte, NC)

Rivermark Maple Staffing is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for retention, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 51 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in retention and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on timekeeping. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
