Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Charlotte, NC)

Highbridge Summit Community Partners is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for grant reporting, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Investigate trends in grant reporting and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on donor records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
