Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Wilder Early Learning and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in licensing records and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on meal programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
