Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Yarrow Inspection Services and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 86 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in test reports and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on equipment calibration. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
