Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Charleston, SC)

We are growing our team at Redstone Thistle Staffing and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in client orders and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on timekeeping. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
