Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Charleston, SC)

Stonegate Rowan Foods Group is a Charleston food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of about 339 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in ingredient orders and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on customer specifications. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
