Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Charleston, SC)

Foxglove Vista Early Learning runs childcare centres in Charleston caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in family communication and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on enrolment. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
