Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Charleston, SC)

We are growing our team at Cedar Willow Housing and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in lease compliance and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on resident services. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
