Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Charleston, SC)

Lumen Beacon Staffing is a Charleston staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 120 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in retention and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on client orders. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
