Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Charleston, SC)

Greenridge Field Community Partners Group is a Charleston charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in volunteer shifts and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on benefits enrolment. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
