Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Buffalo, NY)

Bluepeak Sparrow Care Services Group provides in-home and community support in Buffalo, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in licensing and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on care plans. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
