Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Buffalo, NY)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Forge Farms and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in cold storage and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on harvest schedules. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
