Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Boston, MA)

Clearpath Union Facilities Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for contractor visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on safety inspections.
