Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Boston, MA)

Stonegate Works is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for harvest schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in Boston. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on grower contracts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
