Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Boston, MA)

Clearpath Hollow Telecom Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for customer tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on network equipment. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
