Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Boston, MA)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Banking Services and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on branch operations.
