Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Boston, MA)

Highbridge Stone Arts Center is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for visitor services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 91 people based in Boston. What you will do • Investigate trends in visitor services and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on event logistics. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
