Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Boston, MA)

Redstone Umber Facilities Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for contractor visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in contractor visits and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on customer sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
