Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Boston, MA)

Rivermark Freight is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for proof of delivery, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in proof of delivery and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on dock schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
